A vacancy exists for an Administrator: Payroll, Benefits & Tax, who will be responsible for all aspects of payroll processing ensuring compliance with tax regulations and processing of employee benefits administration.

This role is integral to maintaining accurate records, ensuring timely payments, and providing exceptional service to employees regarding compensation and benefits matters.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Process payroll accurately and on time, earnings, deductions and ad-hoc payments
  • Generate regular payroll and benefits reports for internal stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant tax laws and regulations, including PAYE, UIF, and other mandatory deductions
  • Proficiency in tax administrator of International Assignees, both in- and out-bound
  • Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, leave entitlements, and wellness initiatives
What are we looking for?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Proven experience in payroll administration and tax compliance (minimum 2–5 years preferred)
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong understanding of tax regulations and employment laws
  • Excellent attention to detail, planning and organizational, communication and team collaboration skills
