We are currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HR Business Partner to join our People team!
We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to support our international HR operations on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for a senior-level HR Business Partner with a strong generalist background and the confidence to advise across a wide range of HR disciplines. The successful candidate will partner closely with our HR leadership, executive stakeholders and external HR providers to provide operational HR support, particularly focused on the UK, Europe, and Middle East. The role will be instrumental in supporting the HR Consultant with HR integration, harmonisation, benefits and policies activities and navigating regional employment regulations. It requires a high level of analytical capability, exemplary excel skills, strong numerical acumen, HR acumen and interpersonal gravitas.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert HR guidance across generalist areas including employee relations, performance, engagement, and talent integration.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and the Executive Team on international HR matters.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with workstream leads on strategic and operational initiatives.
- Lead the harmonisation of HR policies and benefits across newly acquired teams.
- Manage and consolidate multi-source data into structured, accurate Excel trackers.
- Deputise for the Global HR Consultant in meetings with external HR partners.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and cultural practices across the UK, Europe, and Middle East.
- Support the implementation of people initiatives, balancing business priorities with employee experience.
- Operate effectively in ambiguity, applying sound judgement and making progress with limited information.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- Deep generalist HR experience with strong business partnering capability.
- Knowledge of labour laws and HR practices in the UK, Europe, and the Middle East.
- Experience in integrating acquired teams and harmonising global benefits.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and data management skills; attention to detail in reporting and tracking.
- Demonstrated ability to lead or support work in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
- Cultural fluency and sensitivity when navigating international HR contexts.
- Comfortable working independently and proactively.
Technologies
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivots, and data consolidation)
- Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Iris Cascade HRIS) Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- CIPD or equivalent international HR qualification (preferred) Project Management certification (desirable but not essential)
