Job Summary:

Deliver the client KPIs through effective in-store execution and building strong business relationships with store owners and their managers; effective management of a team.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:

  • Drive Sales
  • Drive ad hoc promotions / deals/ campaigns to increase sales
  • Negotiate space based on rate of sales
  • Develop alternative strategies to increase sales
  • Ensure timely implementation of promotional activities and communicate non-compliance
  • Training of instore teams
  • Ensure teams are scheduled accordingly and executing work as per requirements
  • Effective management of promotional activities
  • Operational Management
  • Effective management of assets and expenses
  • Effective people management
  • Effective teamwork and self- management
  • Effective stakeholder relationship management

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Grade 12/ Matric
  • Must have Own reliable car,
  • Smart Phone
  • Tech Savvy

Minimum Experience:

  • 1 - 2 years’ sales experience; 2 years Retail experience; Supervisory experience

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strategic thinker and analytical skills
  • Ability to influence and motivate others
  • Excellent leadership
