DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Security Management:
  • Oversee all security operations across all properties.
  • Ensure compliance with PSIRA and other security regulations.
  • Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
  • Monitor security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and access control.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive security measures.
  • Manage security personnel, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Respond to security incidents and emergencies promptly.
  • Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency response teams as needed.
Asset Management:
  • Implement and oversee asset protection strategies to minimize loss and damage.
  • Maintain records of company assets and ensure their security.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Implement asset tracking systems and procedures.
  • Investigate and report asset loss or damage.
  • Establish measures to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications: PSIRA-registered (A Grade).

Minimum 10 years of experience in security, asset management, and logistics.

Tertiary qualification.

Experience: Strong knowledge of security protocols, risk management, and compliance regulations.

Experience in health and safety management.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple properties and interdepartmental coordination.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Experience in hospitality or property management security.

Familiarity with access control and surveillance systems.

Knowledge of environmental regulations for refuse management
