Purpose of the Role:

The Creative Technology Delivery Lead will be responsible for mainstreaming immersive technologies (such as VR and AR) within Zutari’s project delivery culture. This includes developing a pipeline of client work, supporting business development efforts, defining project scopes, and ensuring impactful, high-quality deliverables. The role bridges strategic business engagement and technical delivery, acting as a key evangelist for Creative Tech across internal teams and with external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Business Development

  • Actively engage with internal business units and external clients to define and develop VR/AR project scopes.
  • Drive awareness of Creative Tech offerings across Zutari’s business units.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert opportunities for immersive solutions, particularly within bulk utilities, real estate development, and major infrastructure projects.
  • Support proposal development including costing, scope definition, and quality metrics.
  • Lead the packaging of visualisation services for use in early-stage design and concept development.


Project Leadership & Delivery

  • Take ownership of delivering VR outputs that align with client needs and project objectives.
  • Ensure that all outputs are fit-for-purpose, technically sound, and valuable to the client.
  • Oversee project pipelines, manage deliverable timelines, and coordinate cross-functional input.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Lead to ensure production quality and scalability.
  • Promote reuse of assets, development of best practices, and process improvement across projects.


Internal Enablement & Strategy

  • Launch internal enablement campaigns and educational sessions to build capacity.
  • Work with BIM managers, project leads, and designers to embed visualisation workflows in their processes.
  • Help transition the culture from internal-focused to client-facing, high-impact project services.
  • Track pipeline performance, delivery efficiency, and client satisfaction metrics.


Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Design, or a related field. Postgraduate qualification in digital technologies or business is a plus.
  • 6+ years of professional experience in immersive technology, project delivery, or digital advisory services.
  • Proven track record of delivering VR/AR projects within engineering or infrastructure environments.
  • Experience with proposal writing, scope and cost estimation, and client-facing presentations.


Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate technical capability into business value.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management skills.
  • High-level understanding of VR/AR tools and workflows (e.g., Unity, Unreal, Revit, etc.)
  • Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects with tight deadlines.
