Tsebo Facilities Solution is looking for a HR Business Partner To support line management with delivery of professional HR Management services to a portfolio of Business Units/ Divisions through the establishment and maintenance of a dynamic business partnership. This includes minimising HR risk through ensuring appropriate systems, communication and controls are in place.

Duties & Responsibilities
Employee Relations:
- Support an on-going advice to line management on ER related matters.
- Support and on-going advice to line management on ER related matters.
- Implementation of related process, policies and guidelines not only meet legal obligations but to ensure a leading position as an attractive and competitive Employer of choice.
- Facilitate and co-ordinate ER training with the Training Department.
- Communicate ER related process policies and guidelines to line managers.
- Minimise costs associated with ER matters.
- Create high level and open communication channels regarding ER issues.
- Conduct all processes in a manner that upholds integrity and all other good governance principles.
- Guideline Managers & Employees on consistent application of the Disciplinary & Grievance Code and Procedure
- Participate in preparation of CCMA cases and assist with representation when required.
Performance and Talent Management
- Facilitate the implementation of the Performance Management Process in the respective Business Units
- Ensure compliance on the company’s Performance Framework as per the agreed policies and timelines.
- Participate in clarification of roles and responsibilities for both line managers and employees regarding performance management reviews.
- Ensure action plans are put into place and facilitate Individual Development Programs regarding performance improvement for under performers as identified by line management.
- Guide and facilitate career path process together with line management and the Training Department.
- Actively monitor Succession Planning and ensure the development of key talent.
- In close association with Learning and Development staff, perform skills audit and facilitate implementation of the action plans thereof.

Organisational Design and Wellness/ Learning and Development
- Participate in co-design of organisation structures and ensure that each job has an updated job profile
- Develop and level Job Descriptions in accordance to Tsebo FS methodology and the COE department.
- Coordinate, facilitate and implement all OD, ER, culture alignment and Learning & Development interventions and any other approved interventions.
- Ensure fair and equitable pay structures within the business units
- Manage organisational structures and manpower balancing by ensuring organograms are updated and maintained.
- In partnership with Line Managers HR Team, Facilitate feedback sessions (focus groups) regarding surveys and any other Organisational Development intervention.
- Make formal referrals for counselling of employees when required, receive formal feedback and engage with relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in and contribute to the development and oversight of training programs.
- Provide support to management to continually develop and monitor implementation of Company’s policies and procedures in performance management and learning & development
- Manage all training requirements by liaising with Training Department.
- In close association with Learning and Development staff, perform skills audit and facilitate implementation of the action plans thereof.
Stakeholder Relationship Management:
- Manage the relationship between stakeholders in all business units/ divisions/ contracts.
- Build strong relationships with in -Line Management and i staff, providing advice, guidance and support in all areas of HR and in ensuring compliance to TFS policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships within a multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural
- Keep abreast with business developments and align HR strategies within the environment.
- Provide advice on changes and compliance within HR frameworks when required.
- Attend to and resolve all customer queries timeously or escalate to the HR Head when necessary.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to set HR reporting standards and implementation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education.
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- B Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in:
- National / international HR experience
