Define own workplan and deliverables with guidance from the Manager: Project Change Management and prioritise own deliverables and work activities.
Deliver high quality and relevant work which includes deliverables such as:
Project change management strategies.
Communication plan.
Stakeholder analysis and management plan.
Leadership action plan.
Project change management risk register
Project change management progress report/dashboard
Coordination of actions linked to the systems training team; and
Workplans/implementation plans for all the above.
Develop, communicate and facilitate holistic and integrated change strategies and frameworks that support the strategic and operational objectives of the IGA Programme.
Identify and implement appropriate change tools as well as ensure alignment of governance processes with those defined bychange management Centre of Excellence (COE).
Define and maintain the aggregated change roadmaps for the delivery of initiatives that will lead to business and operational benefits within the Programme.
Drive the delivery of a single view of change across the IGA Programme to ensure a holistic change management approach for long-term sustainability.
Engage key stakeholders to better understand their vision of success and help them identify how they can contribute to the overall vision of success.
Develop and implement change management plans for large and complex business regulatory and transformational programmes that minimise potential risks, maximise stakeholder adoption and usage as well as minimise resistance.
Develop and execute the communications strategy and approach for business regulatory and transformational programmes.
Change management technical proficiency in line with the change management (COE).
Provide comprehensive reports on the function, including overall change readiness, adoption and business impact, and lessons learnt within the IGA Programme.
Work in collaboration with the System Training Team.
Minimum:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Sciences or an equivalent qualification (NQF 7 level); and
8-10 years’ experience in an Information Technology (IT) and/or Project Change Management environment.
Change Management knowledge and skills.
Business engagement management knowledge.
Stakeholder management knowledge and skills.
Communication management knowledge and skills;
Skills service and stakeholder focus.
Proficiency with modern change management tools and digital platforms
Experience working across agile, hybrid, and traditional project methodologies
Strong ability to collaborate with executive sponsors and cross-functional teams
Commitment to fostering an inclusive, innovative, and high-performing team culture
Skilled in using data and analytics to assess change impact and adoption
Capability to develop and optimize change metrics and performance dashboards
Familiarity with operating within a structured Change Management Office (CMO)
Confidence in managing budgets and designing tailored change strategies independently
Certification:
Prosci Change Management Certification /
APMG Change Management Certification
Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP)
Lean Change Management Certification
Added advantage:
Organizational Development or Leadership Coaching Certifications
Six Sigma or Lean Certifications.
Between 7 - 10 Years
