Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Manage a team of Sales Account Managers and provide coaching and support to help them achieve their targets
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
- Strong ability to secure and close new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software, hardware, and licensing sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed
- Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics
