First Technology National is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at our office in Midrand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software, hardware, and licensing sales.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
  • Manage a team of Sales Account Managers and provide coaching and support to help them achieve their targets
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
  • Strong ability to secure and close new business opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software, hardware, and licensing sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed
  • Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics
