THE WORK: Are you ready to join a highly creative UX squad and establish yourself as an SME when it comes to content and conversation design? If you’re ready to engage with multiple teams, manage content decisions, and contribute to key UX solutions and strategies, look no further than this exciting new opportunity.
As our Conversational Content Strategist, you’ll be responsible for developing content strategies and writing copy that enhances the user experiences of our products and services. You will work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all content and copy is Perceivable, Operable, Understandable and Robust.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Content Creation: Create guidelines to map, write, edit, and maintain compelling content for the product, including all UI text, articles, tutorials, onboarding, and chatbots. All candidates must therefore be able to write and speak English fluently.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with team members to develop content strategies that align with the businesses and product’s goals and user needs. This will entail identifying appropriate content tools or resources, as well as defining content-creation approaches and processes.
- Content Research and Testing: Gather insights from user and behavioural research to inform every content or UX decision and collaborate with team members during QA or additional test cycles to identify areas for improvement. Iterate on content based on stakeholder or user feedback.
- Collaboration and Technology: Work closely with various team members to ensure content informs and supports the design and development process. Rely on appropriate technologies for content distribution.
- AI Conversation Training: Contribute to and develop comprehensive conversational flows and content, powered by generative AI technology.

- Knowledge on SEO implementation, specifically optimising content for search engines
SKILLS:
- Fluent in English, with writing and editing skills
- Expert proficiency in content planning and distribution strategies
- Expert proficiency in content assessment and content design, with strong understanding of UX best practices and design principles
- Ability to use design and writing tools (Figma)
- Ability to create content frameworks and user-centred design strategies to help create content that meets user needs
- Meticulous attention to detail and high-quality content
- Confident in crafting user journeys or maps to enhance content and conversation flows of product
- Adaptable and skilled in fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Some form of prior experience or knowledge working with generative AI technologies in UX design contexts

Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in content and conversation design and strategy, preferably with experience in the software industry.
