Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare the housekeeping room attendants task sheets
- Update the status of rooms on the pms system
- Field calls from hotel teams, guests and suppliers and action accordingly
- Follow up on the status of the departure rooms after 10:00am and ensure the teams know what and when to action
- Assist the manager to alert of absenteeism and phone for replacement staff
- Assist with the prp management
- Office support
- Balance multiple tasks efficiently, such as answering phone calls, assisting customers, and managing administrative duties.
- Escalate any serious issues to management when necessary
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Serve as a point of contact between guests and various hotel departments (housekeeping, maintenance, etc
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Effectively deal with complaints by attempting to resolve them or forwarding them to the right manager
