Job Description

As a Security Solution Selling Specialist at Nokia, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team by providing in-depth technical expertise tailored to customer needs. You will collaborate closely with sales and account managers to identify and develop innovative business opportunities, crafting customized solutions that align with client objectives. How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and develop tailored solutions for customer needs, driving sales success and optimizing solution mix.
  • Engage with customers to articulate technical solutions, demonstrating Nokia's value proposition during prospecting and negotiation phases.
  • Support the creation of customer network evolution plans, aligning Nokia's technology strategy with customer requirements.
  • Lead technical presentations and demonstrations, ensuring in-depth understanding of proposed solutions and their impact on customers' business goals.
  • Analyze complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions, including risk mitigation plans that ensure business impact.
  • Contribute to the development of bid proposals, detailing solution descriptions, Scope of Work (SoW), and compliance statements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, guiding internal teams and influencing stakeholders to adopt best practices that enhance products and services.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration and communication, ensuring alignment between sales, development, and customer teams for successful project execution.

Key Skills And Experience

You have:

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in pre-sales or technical sales roles.
  • Deep knowledge of network security solutions and architectures.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate and develop business opportunities.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills for engaging customers.

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Experience with competitive positioning and network evolution planning.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in a complex environment.
  • Advanced technical certifications in relevant fields (e.g., CISSP, CCSP).
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in cybersecurity.
