What You Will Be Doing

  • Utilizing CRM tools, LinkedIn, and AI-generated scripts to pinpoint and connect with decision-makers in client organizations, crafting personalized outreach at scale.
  • Supporting customers via the self-serve renewals portal by utilizing AI-surfaced content and stepping in when necessary to provide direct assistance.
  • Overseeing the renewals inbox, managing customer emails, evaluating AI-generated categorizations and responses, and ensuring swift, tailored communications through Salesforce.

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Reciting monotonous sales scripts all day long.
  • Handling routine customer support calls.
  • Selling a single, mundane product repeatedly.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
