What You Will Be Doing

  • Engaging with decision-makers at customer organizations via CRM tools, LinkedIn, org charts, and AI-generated scripts to scale personalized communication.
  • Helping customers navigate the self-serve renewals portal, using AI-driven content and stepping in when automated support falls short.
  • Overseeing the renewals inbox by categorizing customer emails, reviewing AI-generated responses, and ensuring timely, personalized communication through Salesforce.

  • Reciting monotonous sales scripts all day
  • Handling customer support calls
  • Staying confined to selling a single mundane product

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
