DUTIES :
Receiving and despatching of parts and related goods
Maintenance of parts & stores (Layout, Binning, Labelling of Parts & Shelves etc )
Release picklist and carry out the picking and packing
Assist with stock returns and the follow ups for the credits
Process, Maintain and file all warehouse related admin
Review and return all cancelled, credited and uncollected customer orders to stock
Carry out regular stock counts and report on the discrepancies to the Parts Supervisor
Assist with inter branch stock transfers and orders placed on the branch
Assist the Parts Supervisor and team as and when required
Assist with the collections and deliveries as and when required
Assist workshop with (Placing order, Process Returns, Follow up on back order)
Submit claims for all stock related concerns
Be prepared to work overtime and on weekends as and when required
Maintain general safety and house keeping

REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12 certificate or ABET L4
At least 1 years of working experience within a parts stores
Knowledge of SAP with good computer skills
Good general knowledge on earthmoving parts, processes, storage and quality
Good customer relations and ability to work under pressure
Good command of English language both written and oral
Valid code 8 drivers licence
