Job Advert Summary

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organised Parts Manager to join our Ford Caledon team. The Parts Manager is responsible for maintaining the stock of replacement parts that includes inventory control, sourcing parts and customer service. The incumbent needs to maximise the sales of parts to internal and external customers, while efficiently managing parts stock levels and warehouse processes in accordance with the Company and manufacturers’ prescribed policies and standards. The incumbent is responsible to protect the business from risk by ensuring measures are developed and maintained to protect the business from identified risk factors, both internally and externally.

Minimum Requirements

  • Min 5 years’ experience in parts management (Motor industry experience advantageous)
  • Previous experience in parts administration, inventory management, or a related field
  • Proficient computer skills, including Evolve software
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Clear criminal record
  • Valid drivers license

  • Store and monitor healthy parts sales mix
  • Manage daily parts supply
  • Monitor and increase return on investment (ROI) profits
