We are seeking a Cloud Solution Support Expert to analyze, orchestrate, and troubleshoot network-level issues. Collaborate with application teams to address cloud and IP infrastructure challenges, utilizing your technical expertise to swiftly resolve problems.

We are seeking a Cloud Solution Support Expert to analyze, orchestrate, and troubleshoot network-level issues. Collaborate with application teams to address cloud and IP infrastructure challenges, utilizing your technical expertise to swiftly resolve problems.
What You Will Do
- Investigate and resolve customer service requests efficiently.
- Follow system support guidelines and participate in software updates.
- Utilize tools for effective ticket handling.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing technical issues.
- Provide regular updates on support progress.
- Collaborate with engineers for knowledge sharing.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher competence units.
- Evaluate solutions to ensure problem resolution.
- Identify and document product improvements for usability.
- Register and update known solutions as needed.
- Maintain configuration records for assigned customers.
- Guide the development of operation and maintenance instructions.
- Work with configuration management for required information.
- Isolate faults and raise trouble reports for resolution.
- Ensure quality of emergency and correction packages.
- Lead the implementation of new software releases.
- Write documents for fault analysis and corrective actions.
- Adapt to shifts and provide emergency support.
- Education: Academic degree in engineering, preferably in information technology or telecom, with experience in support, operation, or integration in cloud and IP domains.
- Deep knowledge of Linux systems, including extensive hands-on experience and administration.
- Expertise in IP networking, including switching, routing, and firewall operations.
- Troubleshooting skills for routers, switches, and firewalls across various brands.
- Experience with virtualization technologies and relevant platforms.
- Knowledge of OpenStack solutions and related technologies.
- Proficiency in scripting languages for automation and task management.
- Understanding of database administration and cloud standards.
- Familiarity with virtual machine networking and software-defined networking.
- Experience with data center management for large-scale infrastructure.
- Knowledge of server platforms and network equipment from multiple vendors.
- Understanding of virtual switch technologies and their applications.
- Knowledge of storage technologies and software-defined storage solutions.
- Experience with container technologies and strong analytical skills.
