Description


The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the timely and proactive management of the talent acquisition initiatives that attract, engage, and secure top talent aligned with the organization’s goals. This role ensures a seamless candidate experience, fosters strong stakeholder relationships, and supports employer branding efforts to position SYSPRO as an employer of choice


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring timely and quality hires.
  • Utilize recruitment systems, tools, and platforms to streamline processes and maintain accurate candidate data.
  • Coordinate and manage recruitment-related administration, including interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer letters.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to inform continuous improvement.
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience that reflects SYSPRO’s values and culture.
  • Supports employer branding initiatives to enhance SYSPRO’s visibility and reputation in the talent market.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


Qualification required:
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification
Experience required:
  • 2-3 Years Experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Experience in the IT Industry would be beneficial
Skills and Knowledge required:
  • Applicant tracking systems
  • Knowledge and skills in the full recruitment life cycle
  • Detail-oriented and efficient
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a broad cultural spectrum
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Knowledge of psychometric assessments would be advantageous
