About the Role:

As the ROA Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our footprint across African markets. You will lead a high-performing sales team and work closely with cross-functional departments to deliver sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for various African markets

  • Lead and coach a regional sales team to meet and exceed performance targets

  • Build and manage relationships with key clients, partners, and distributors

  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities

  • Deliver accurate forecasts and sales reports to senior management

  • Ensure compliance with regional laws, ethical practices, and company policies

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)

  • 7+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a regional management role

  • Proven track record of sales success in African markets

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

  • Ability to travel extensively across the region

  • Fluency in English, French, and/or Portuguese is an added advantage
