About the Role:
As the ROA Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our footprint across African markets. You will lead a high-performing sales team and work closely with cross-functional departments to deliver sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies for various African markets
Lead and coach a regional sales team to meet and exceed performance targets
Build and manage relationships with key clients, partners, and distributors
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
Deliver accurate forecasts and sales reports to senior management
Ensure compliance with regional laws, ethical practices, and company policies
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
7+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a regional management role
Proven track record of sales success in African markets
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to travel extensively across the region
Fluency in English, French, and/or Portuguese is an added advantage
