You Bring:
- At least 2-5 years in data science or related field
- At least 3-5 years’ experience within a development environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
What You’ll Do:
Job Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Processing:
- Collect, clean and process raw data for analysis.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and insights.
- Use statistical methods to summarise key insights from the data.
- Process and transform data to make it suitable for analysis and modelling.
- Ensure data quality by handling missing values, duplicates and inconsistencies.
Machine Learning and AI:
- Implement AI and machine learning algorithms and techniques to solve business problems and improve model performance.
- Develop and fine-tune predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques.
- Deploy and monitor models in production environments.
Data-Driven Insights and Decision Support:
- Analyse and translate data findings to generate insights that support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement data-driven strategies, providing data-backed risk assessments for business operations.
- Evaluate different analytical approaches to determine the best strategy for a given problem.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to team discussions on data-driven strategies.
Technical Development and Innovation:
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in AI, ML, and Data Science.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data science methodologies and frameworks.
- Continuously improve technical skills, develop innovative solutions, and stay updated with advancements in data science, AI, and machine learning.
- Collaborate with software engineers to add AI capabilities to company products.
