A vacancy exists for an Agent Base Administrator within Kazang – Micro Merchant, in the Eastern Region.

The Agent Base Administrator will report to the Regional Admin Supervisor by handling a range of administrative duties to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role involves maintaining accurate records, managing communications, and assisting with various administrative tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Reports and Dashboards

  • Managing daily, weekly, and/or monthly reports that show the effectiveness of the various Agents.
  • Distributing said reports in the form of dashboards to the relevant Agent/Sales Manager.

Kazang Retentions Worksheets – Device drop-offs

  • Using reports to identify devices that stop trading.
  • Escalating these to the relevant Agent.
  • Ensure that any issues related to this are resolved satisfactorily by escalating to the relevant department head.

General Sales Administration

  • Completes various admin tasks.
  • Base Administration Responsibilities.
  • Device orders.
  • Stock Take.
  • Any ad-hoc administration as required by the company.
  • Does ad-hoc support work for the Regional Manager.
  • Work weekends were necessary.

In order to be considered for this position, the following requirements must be met:

  • Matric/Grade 12.
  • 3 – 5 years of administrative experience.
  • Experience in working with Data.
  • Must know about a CRM Systems – CR, Freshdesk.
  • Must be able to speak Amharic and Somali.

Technical Skills:

  • Computer literacy – MS Office suite.
  • Advance Excel – preferred.

Working hours: Monday to Friday (standard office hours) and Saturday & Sunday (on a rotational basis).
