We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Admin Assistant / Junior Account Executive to join our dynamic team. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with PR professionals, supporting day-to-day operations and client campaigns within the fast-paced technology and industrial PR sectors. The role combines administrative duties with client liason, and some media relations.

Duties:
Support the Account Director with updating client reports and tracking key PR metrics.
Assist in obtaining client and internal approvals for all written content, including press releases, media advisories, and articles.
Create comprehensive media interview briefing documents for clients and spokespeople.
Prepare and distribute press releases and media announcements to targeted media lists.
Prepare PowerPoint presentations for annual reviews and event feedback.
Draft writers’ briefing documents to ensure clear communication of messaging and objectives.
Set up meetings for clients, media, and internal teams, including calendar management and agenda preparation.
Manage media RSVP follow-ups for events, ensuring accurate attendance lists and smooth event logistics.
Provide general administrative support, including maintaining client files, updating media lists, and handling office tasks to ensure efficient daily operations.
Assist with the organisation and execution of media events, press conferences, and client meetings.
Liaise with clients and media contacts, maintaining up-to-date databases and fostering positive relationships.

Skilled in calendar management, meeting coordination, document preparation, and general office duties.

Ensuring accuracy in updating and preparing reports, briefing documents, and client communications.
Mid-level Digital Literacy
Au fait using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and learning new software tools as needed.
Interpersonal Skills
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, media contacts, and colleagues.
Research and Analytical Skills
Conducting industry and media research to support PR strategies and campaign development.
Proactive and Positive Attitude
Willingness to take initiative, solve problems, and contribute ideas to improve team performance.
Familiarity with Social Media Platforms
Basic understanding of social media content scheduling and engagement strategies.
