To produce bread in accordance with set specifications.

- Capacity constraints resources (CCR)

- Attend Invocoms
- Conduct Audits, awareness, training and compliance of Food Safety requirements, maintenance compliance, and Health and Safety awareness within area of responsibility.
Qualification Requirements
- Grade 12 (matric) certificate or higher
- S.A Chamber of baking certificate
Experience Requirements
- 5 years’ FMCG experience
