The Brand Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and evolving the brand to ensure consistent and compelling brand positioning across all channels, globally.
This role will act as a guardian of the brand, working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-impact, on-brand marketing initiatives that drive brand equity and business growth.

What You’ll Be Doing
The Brand Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and evolving the brand to ensure consistent and compelling brand positioning across all channels, globally.
This role will act as a guardian of the brand, working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-impact, on-brand marketing initiatives that drive brand equity and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Development
- Implement brand positioning and strategy at both global and local levels, including brand personality, tone of voice, and value proposition.
- Lead the development, implementation, and evolution of the brand’s visual identity, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Oversee the creation and continual refinement of brand guidelines to support consistent application across all channels and markets.
- Brand Management & Guardianship
- Assess and approve creative concepts and artwork to ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Provide expert guidance and support on TTL (through-the-line) promotional marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with content and social media teams to ensure all brand channels reflect the brand’s identity and values.
- Offer strategic direction for sponsorship and ambassador initiatives to ensure brand relevance and impact.
- Support localization of global campaigns and materials, ensuring cultural and market alignment without compromising brand integrity.
- Promote and advocate for advertising and creative best practices across all internal and external touchpoints.
- Partner with the market research team to track and interpret brand health and perception, using insights to refine brand strategies.
- Agency & Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with in-house creative teams to align on strategy, briefs, and output quality.
- Brief, guide, and direct advertising, creative, and content agencies to ensure delivery of high-quality, on-brand campaigns and assets.
- Internal: Marketing, Creative, Content, Social Media, Market Research, Regional/Local Marketing Teams
- External: Advertising Agencies, Creative Studios, Sponsorship Partners, Brand Ambassadors
Essential Skills You’ll Bring To The Table
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 4+ years of brand management or related marketing experience, ideally in a fast-paced or international environment.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and identity systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead creative teams and agencies.
- Experience in assessing creative work and providing clear, constructive feedback.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to interpret brand research and insights to inform strategy and creative execution.
