Job Purpose
The Department of the Premier, Western Cape Government has an opportunity for a suitably qualified and competent individual to execute and oversee the delivery of departmental work organisation capacity services, transversal job design, transversal organisation design and alignment, service delivery initiatives, as well as practice enablement and development.
Minimum Requirements
An appropriate 3-year National Diploma/B-Degree (equivalent or higher qualification) in Social Sciences, Humanities, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Psychology, Public and Business Management Science or related; A minimum of 3 years administrative experience in organisation development or related.
Recommendation
A valid (Code B or higher) driving licence.

Deliver departmental work organisation capacity services; Deliver transversal job design services; Deliver on transversal organisation design and alignment; Deliver on transversal service delivery initiatives; Deliver a practice enablement and development service; Plan, execute and monitor project(s); Supervise Organisation Development Practitioners.

Remuneration
R 468 459 - R 561 894 per annum (Salary level 9)
Note on remuneration in addition service benefits or obligations for qualifying employees (medical assistance, housing assistance, pension-fund contributions, etc) are funded or co-funded in terms of the applicable prescripts or collective agreements.
Notes
Shortlisted candidates will be required to submit documentation for verification purposes and criminal record vetting. These candidates will be required to do a practical and attend interviews on a date and time determined by the department and may also be required to undergo competency assessments/proficiency tests. The selection process will be guided by the EE targets of the employing department.
