We're looking for a high-performing Engineering Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Centurion.

About the Role

As an Engineering Coordinator, you’ll be an essential part of our production operations. Reporting directly to the Production Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for coordinating the entire manufacturing process—from receiving and dispatch to final shipment. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on structure, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Matric average of 80% or higher

Must be a highly systematic, detail-oriented individual

Strong organisational and coordination skills

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate all stages of the manufacturing process

Ensure smooth flow from dispatch and receiving to final shipment

Work closely with production teams to maintain timelines and quality standards

Monitor progress, troubleshoot delays, and resolve issues efficiently

Support the Production Manager in driving process improvements and workflow optimisation
