In this full-time, fully remote role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring every show is delivered smoothly, on schedule, and with maximum impact. You’ll coordinate production logistics, communicate updates, manage automation workflows, and keep both clients and internal teams aligned and excited.

What You’ll Do
- Lead structured client onboarding through kickoff calls and milestone planning
- Manage production timelines, guest booking, asset delivery, and episode approvals
- Use automation tools (Zapier or Make) to streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks
- Serve as a proactive communicator, keeping clients informed and engaged throughout the process
- Track and interpret podcast metrics to help clients understand impact and guide improvements
- Identify and resolve any delivery issues to maintain smooth operations
- Support renewal conversations by consistently delivering value and a standout experience
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, client services, or account management—ideally in media, SaaS, or tech-enabled services
- Hands-on expertise with automation tools like Zapier or Make
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience leading Zoom calls
- High comfort level with project management, CRMs, and digital collaboration tools
- A calm, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
- Bonus: Knowledge of podcast production or B2B content marketing
