We’re looking for a Digital Patient Experience Coordinator to help bridge the gap between prospective patients and the care they need. In this flexible, part-time remote role, you'll primarily respond to incoming SMS inquiries and assist with light phone consultations when necessary.

This is not a traditional call center job. Instead, you’ll use a personalized, tech-enabled approach to understand patients’ health goals, build trust, and guide them toward their next step—whether that’s scheduling a call or providing additional information.

What You’ll Do:

  • Engage promptly with SMS inquiries and occasional phone calls
  • Hold consultative conversations to understand wellness goals and patient concerns
  • Coordinate appointments using tools like Calendly
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM (training provided)
  • Foster relationships by showing empathy, curiosity, and professionalism
  • Follow up thoughtfully to encourage appointment scheduling

What You Bring:

  • Tech-savviness and a quick learning curve for new tools
  • Comfortable using CRMs, telehealth platforms, or calendars
  • Great communication skills—both written and verbal
  • A genuine interest in health and wellness fields
  • Availability during U.S. East Coast business hours (16:00–24:00 GMT)
  • Attention to detail in all communications and documentation
