Hire Hangar is hiring a Technical Recruiter with deep experience in assessing candidates for technical roles. You’ll lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for high-demand positions, working closely with hiring managers and clients to identify and engage top-tier tech talent.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, from sourcing to offer
  • Conduct technical interviews to evaluate candidate skills and team fit
  • Partner with hiring managers and clients to refine job requirements and priorities
  • Manage a high-volume pipeline while maintaining exceptional candidate engagement
  • Track and update progress using ATS and sourcing platforms
  • Share insights and contribute to continuous process improvements

What You Bring

  • 2–3+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
  • Comfort conducting technical interviews and vetting hard skills
  • Experience working with or within staffing firms serving tech clients
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, organized mindset
  • Must be able to work PST or EST hours a few days per week
