We’re hiring a Sales Manager who excels at coaching and scaling teams. You’ll lead a group of Account Executives, mentoring them to hit—and exceed—revenue targets. Your day-to-day includes developing talent, improving call quality, and turning sales processes into scalable systems. This is a strategic role that puts leadership first and closes second.

We’re hiring a Sales Manager who excels at coaching and scaling teams. You’ll lead a group of Account Executives, mentoring them to hit—and exceed—revenue targets. Your day-to-day includes developing talent, improving call quality, and turning sales processes into scalable systems. This is a strategic role that puts leadership first and closes second.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of quota-carrying Account Executives
- Improve call and deal execution using platforms like Gong.io
- Forecast, track, and analyze sales performance in Salesforce/HubSpot
- Build and optimize sales processes to drive efficiency and revenue
- Partner with Marketing to sharpen GTM alignment
- Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and development of sales talent
- 6+ years in enterprise SaaS sales; 2+ years leading quota-carrying reps
- Proven ability to coach teams to meet or exceed goals
- Strong command of sales performance tools (Gong.io, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Availability to work Eastern Time Zone hours
- Experience in high-growth or early-stage startups
- Background in marketing analytics, ad tech, or B2B SaaS
