About The Role

As a Security Engineer, you will be responsible for managing user access reviews and supporting Service Organization Control (SOC) and ISO audits. Your duties will include conducting regular reviews of user access permissions to ensure compliance with security policies, assisting in the preparation and execution of SOC and ISO 27001 audit activities. This role requires attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills. You will work closely with other team members to maintain and enhance our security posture, ensuring that all security measures align with industry standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with other teams to implement access control measures and improve overall security posture
  • Track compliance issues and ensure that teams effectively remediate any identified concerns
  • Detect and resolve any discrepancies or unauthorized access, ensuring compliance with security standards.
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing metrics that drive prioritized action and identification of trends that need addressing
  • Assist in preparing for and conducting Service Organization
  • Control (SOC) and ISO 27001 audits, providing necessary documentation and evidence.
  • Keeping abreast of new technological developments and the security challenges they present.
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • BS Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience required
  • Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly are essential
  • Possess Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Base knowledge of Cyber and Information security standards
  • Base level of technical problem-solving skills.
