What does a Product Communications Specialist do at Hogarth?

It is an exciting time to join the team as Hogarth continues to grow and challenge in the market. This role will encompass a wide variety of responsibilities all intrinsically linked to supporting the team deliver growth for the organisation through effective communication of our key business products and technology initiatives,

  • Responsible for day-to-day administration and supporting the team
  • Support the development and execution of connected communication strategies across all products and associated transformation activities, ensuring a cohesive and impactful plan.
  • Collaborate with Product Leads to gain a deep understanding of new technologies being developed and their potential impact on the business.
  • Assist in creating relevant personas and communication plans to support individual product rollouts and technology transformation initiatives, focusing on maximising engagement and information sharing within the company.
  • Leverage all available comms channels including the intranet, employee communication platforms, and more.
  • Assists in building and tracking meaningful KPIs and metrics to demonstrate the impact and success of product communication efforts.
  • Supports in establishing core protocols and principles that support efficient and streamlined communication workflows and content sharing related to products and technologies.
  • Supports the creation and scheduling of internal email communications related to product updates, releases, training, and technology changes.
  • Work closely with the Global Marketing department to ensure that all product messaging is consistent with the wider brand strategy.

Reporting lines and key stakeholders:

This role reports to the Head of Product Communications based in London and will have access to key stakeholders from around the business.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years working in a technology / communication / marketing environment
  • Tech-savvy with a strong interest in technology and a willingness to learn new tools and platforms.
  • Experience of working with Senior stakeholders preferable
  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure, problem solve and think ahead
  • Fluent oral and written English essential
  • Attention to detail and organisational
