Are you someone who can:
Provide customer service and be a liaison between the company and its clients by conducting quality site visits, orientating new customers, retaining clients, making sales, carrying out departmental administration, resolving general client queries to ensure that clients are satisfied and that ATM`s are operating efficiently so that the company’s revenue is maintained and increased
You will be an ideal candidate if you have:
- Previous experience in a business support or administrative role (preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project Management experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience within a similar environment
- Grade 12
- A Valid Driver’s License
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration will be advantageous
- Network Optimization
- Maintain live base on the network
- Conducting in-depth investigation and finding suitable solutions for underperforming sites
- Focusing on all non-performing sites, undertake corrective measures to resolve poor performing ATM`s
- Client retention
- Dealing with clients when they have a change of ownership and ensuring that the new details and documents are collected and -submitted to the relevant department.
- Obtaining sign off from clients on contracts
- Tracking ATM upliftment’s and identifying replacement sites
- Initiating and dealing with any change requests from clients
- Ensuring that all aspects related to the ATM are in order
- Customer orientation (on site) and educating new clients
- Departmental administration
- Compiling and submitting reports
- Monitoring of all clients allocated to individual portfolio
- Encouraging retailers to improve uptime
- Reviewing incidents and reporting on progress
- Ensuring clients details are correct on the system
- General client queries
- Escalating customer service complaints that are not within the span of control.
