We’re looking for a passionate and meticulous Payroll Administrator to join our Human Capital team—someone who understands that behind every payslip is a valued team member, and that getting it right matters.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the accurate, confidential, and timely processing of payroll across our growing group, supporting our mission to enable adventure and inspire our people.
Key Responsibilities
Your adventure will include:
- End-to-end payroll processing for multiple business units within deadlines
- Ensuring wage and salary calculations are accurate and compliant
- Working closely with HR to maintain current and accurate employee data
- Responding to payroll queries with empathy, clarity, and professionalism
- Completing monthly reconciliations and preparing payroll-related reports
- Supporting month-end processes and statutory submissions, including Stats SA reporting
- Continuously identifying ways to improve accuracy and efficiency in the payroll process
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a payroll role
- Experience with Payspace (SAGE exposure beneficial)
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Solid understanding of South African payroll legislation and statutory requirements
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Discretion and integrity when working with confidential information
