We're looking for a Junior Personal Assistant to support senior management with both day-to-day tasks and broader administrative needs. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced setting, has a keen eye for detail, and is open to frequent travel.
Key responsibilities:
Provide direct support to senior executives, including diary and travel management
Assist with general office administration and coordination tasks
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and relevant documentation
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
Support event planning, logistics, and travel itineraries
Ensure follow-up on key action items and deadlines
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
Requirements
Diploma in management assistant, office administration, or related field (advantageous)
1–2 years’ experience in a personal assistant, admin, or support role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Willingness and ability to travel (with short notice, if required)
Professional appearance and conduct
Must currently be based in Cape Town / Western Cape
