Job Description To lead the design of sustainable solutions on assisted and unassisted platforms that can be leveraged across product houses, business units and sub-segments

To conduct solution impact assessments to determine most efficient solution design and implementation approach
  • Lead the design of sustainable solutions on assisted and unassisted platforms that can be leveraged across product houses, business units and sub-segments
  • Conduct solution impact assessments to determine most efficient solution design and implementation approach
  • Solution design and documentation of Business and System architecture
  • Apply innovative thinking to solution design so that it caters for effective integration with and is scalable across all systems and ensure that most efficient solution is design on channels.
  • Ensure end to end implementation of business solutions that are defined which includes collaborating with and managing resources across all impacted business and development teams
  • Subject Matter Expert advice provided to the COE as well as other business units, sub-segments and product houses on all solution implementation and design requirements, from a system and business perspective
  • Building macros for RPA team to automate processes on mainframe
  • Put together strategic solutions for complex business problems, both from ops and project perspective
  • Apply continuous process improvement techniques on existing process
  • Conduct impact or effort analysis on all projects/solutions to assess viability and prioritise requirements
  • Map advanced process on Visio as per BPMN standards
  • Ensure automation design architecture as well as writing the code is done
  • Apply SDLC to all projects that is being managed
  • Project scoping and sizing.
  • Log requirements with impacted areas
  • Coordinate all impacted teams to ensure priority is obtained for requirements logged
  • Documentation of all BA artifacts (this includes the BRS, Use Cases, Process Flows, FRS, Gap Analysis, Test Cases, etc.)
  • Track and monitor project progress throughout the SDLC. Includes artifacts such as decision registers, risk registers and project progress dashboards
  • Facilitate JAD sessions and unpacking sessions for solution design
  • Ensure Stakeholder management for all initiatives
  • Analyse data to gain customer insights for initiating key projects to optimize existing processes and improve customer experience
  • Unified Customer Onboarding:
    • Provide a single- entry point for customers to onboard across all services.
    • Enable customers to selectively activate or deactivate services during onboarding.
  • Seamless Customer Experience:
    • Ensure consistent and seamless user experience across all payment and collection channels.
    • Abstract backend complexity (e.g., rail types, payment layers) from the customer.
  • Multi-Rail Payment Capability:
    • Support multiple payment rails (e.g., high-value, FX, card, EFT, cash
    • Enable smart orchestration to determine the optimal rail based on customer criteria (e.g., destination, value).
  • Integrated Reconciliation (Recon):
    • Provide a single reconciliation solution across all payment types.
    • Support both file-based and direct ERP integration (e.g., SAP).
  • Platform Thinking:
    • Build a layered architecture that orchestrates and integrates existing services.
    • Avoid rebuilding existing systems; instead, leverage orchestration and abstraction layers.
  • Smart Routing:
    • Implement intelligent routing logic to determine the best rail or channel for a transaction.
    • Minimize customer input by inferring optimal paths based on minimal criteria.
  • Customer Experience Design:
    • Design unified payment experiences across different payment methods (e.g., card, eBucks, request-to-pay).
    • Benchmark against best-in-class experiences (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay).
