What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in recruitment and client acquisition (agency or consulting background)
Ability to source new clients across various sectors: construction, logistics, warehousing, IT, finance, and more
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) — you will collaborate with our UK clients
Ability to conduct or support virtual and on-site meetings with HR, Operations Managers, and decision-makers
Skilled in presenting proposals and negotiating Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Hands-on experience with the full 360-degree recruitment process — from sourcing to placement and post-placement follow-up
Must have a reliable smartphone (with WhatsApp installed)
Must have a stable internet connection
Confident using Zoom and Microsoft Teams for client and candidate engagements
Ability to work independently, stay organised, be tech-savvy and meet deadlines
Remote work experience and the ability to operate in an unsupervised, results-driven environment is a major plus
3+ years of experience in recruitment or business-to-business (B2B) sales — with a focus on candidate sourcing, talent acquisition, or client acquisition
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, job boards, and other digital platforms for sourcing candidates or generating leads
Proven ability to acquire new clients, develop pipelines, or close placements/contracts
Between 1 - 3 Years
