Operational Management: Oversee all lodge operations, including guest relations, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, guiding, and administration.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team across multiple departments, ensuring high service standards.
Guest Experience : Deliver exceptional guest service, addressing feedback and requests promptly.
Financial Oversight: Assist with budgeting, stock control, procurement, and accurate financial reporting.
Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with all legal and company safety and hygiene standards.
Sustainability: Promote sustainable practices and conservation initiatives.
Field Guiding (for one partner): Conduct game drives and bush walks, ensuring safety and providing memorable wildlife experiences.
Position Details:
Accommodation: Live-in with private en-suite, partially furnished on-site.
Meals: Provided while on duty.
Benefits: Wi-Fi access, laundry services, and provident fund contribution after three months.
Work Schedule: 6 weeks on, 2 weeks off (flexibility required).
Gratuities: Participation in the gratuity pool (guides and trackers in a separate pool).
Note: Medical aid and additional benefits are not included.
For Both Partners:
Matric certificate and first aid certification.
3–5 years of luxury lodge management experience.
Strong leadership, organizational, and guest service skills.
Hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving.
For One Partner (Field Guide):
FGASA Full Trails Guide qualification, NQF Level 4, DEAT, and PDP certifications.
Extensive knowledge of guiding, tracking, and conservation practices.
For the Other Partner:
Operational expertise in administration, food and beverage, and housekeeping.
Financial management skills, including budgeting and stock control.
Knowledge of lodge reservation systems is advantageous.
Between 3 - 5 Years
