What You’ll Do
- Source, screen, and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing roles
- Own full-cycle recruitment across fast-growing teams
- Deliver responsive, consistent communication throughout the candidate journey
- Use ATS and recruitment tools to stay organized and data-driven
- Work closely with hiring managers to meet evolving hiring needs
- 2–3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, ideally in fast-paced settings
- Strong sourcing abilities and candidate relationship skills
- Great organizational habits and tech fluency (ATS/CRM platforms)
- Strong communicator who thrives on responsiveness and clarity
- Comfortable working remotely and independently during PST or EST hours
