Ideal for recruiters with an agency background, this role focuses on creating and maintaining strong candidate pipelines, delivering a high-touch experience at scale, and optimizing workflows with hiring managers.

What You’ll Do

  • Source, screen, and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing roles
  • Own full-cycle recruitment across fast-growing teams
  • Deliver responsive, consistent communication throughout the candidate journey
  • Use ATS and recruitment tools to stay organized and data-driven
  • Work closely with hiring managers to meet evolving hiring needs

What You Bring

  • 2–3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, ideally in fast-paced settings
  • Strong sourcing abilities and candidate relationship skills
  • Great organizational habits and tech fluency (ATS/CRM platforms)
  • Strong communicator who thrives on responsiveness and clarity
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently during PST or EST hours
