What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the full sales cycle—from first touch to signed agreement
- Qualify inbound leads and proactively generate new opportunities
- Run discovery calls and deliver compelling, personalized pitches
- Close mid- to high-ticket deals with confidence and care
- Guide prospective franchisees through key business decisions
- Maintain a clean, organized pipeline in HubSpot (or similar CRM)
- Share feedback and market insights to refine our sales approach
- Partner with leadership on messaging, strategy, and positioning
- Mentor junior reps and help foster a strong, collaborative sales culture
- 2–3+ years of full-cycle sales experience (B2C, healthcare, or franchise sales preferred)
- Track record of closing deals with business owners or executives
- Strong consultative selling skills and clear, persuasive communication
- Disciplined pipeline management and CRM proficiency (HubSpot or Salesforce)
- Experience in franchising or service-based industries is a strong plus
- Self-starter mentality, able to thrive in a remote environment during EST hours
