Role Overview
As a Technical Consultant at MRI Software, your role is to be an expert at understanding MRI Software's data. We expect you to aid various teams in drawing insight from our data. This includes working with clients to create dashboards, visualizations, algorithms, reports, and business tools for use across the organization. This role follows North American (EST) hours.

The ideal candidate has some consulting experience as well as an understanding of the real estate, facilities or workplace management domains. Responsibilities
- Work with clients to understand their needs.
- Understanding your business stakeholders’ objectives, the metrics that are the most important to them, and how they measure their performance.
- Turning business requirements into technical requirements and documented specifications.
- Presenting solutions to stakeholders (non-technical audiences) and soliciting constructive feedback.
- Assisting with the development, testing, and maintenance of website applications.
- Investigate client requests regarding technical details of applications and integrations.
- Providing ongoing support to software platforms and adapting to evolving requirements and ecosystems.
- Learning from and sharing knowledge with your teammates to grow the services team.

- Demonstrated ability to learn software and new technologies.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and tools.
- Experience with C# or similar object-oriented programming language.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- A basic understanding of databases and SQL.
- Ability to maintain internal technical documentation.
- Strong business acumen, high energy, self-motivated and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent organization skills and proven ability to multi-task.
- Good presentation, written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience in customer/client service or consulting is helpful
