RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide ongoing service and support to corporate account clients.
- Install new devices for corporate account clients.
- Execute branding across corporate account clients.
- Train and support within the FNB channel to ensure product knowledge and efficiency.
- Identify and generate leads for the PWF segment of the business.
- Organise and execute promotional activities with selected partners.
- Grow and signup consumers for the 1Voucher through targeted outreach.
- Provide feedback and reporting to support operational improvements and strategic decision-making.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in the informal market and retail partners.
- Valid driver’s licence
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Demonstration of basic sales skills including understanding how to talk to customers, explain product/ device benefits and encourage signups.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients through regular visits and follow-ups
- Comfortable using smartphones, apps and digital tools/ devices (including MS Tools such as PowerPoint and Excel)
- Understanding of basic record keeping principles
- Speaks clearly and confidently and can present well in a formal setting or to senior management
- Demonstrates the ability to take responsibility for meeting daily tasks and performance targets (KPIs) with minimal supervision.
