RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide ongoing service and support to corporate account clients.
  • Install new devices for corporate account clients.
  • Execute branding across corporate account clients.
  • Train and support within the FNB channel to ensure product knowledge and efficiency.
  • Identify and generate leads for the PWF segment of the business.
  • Organise and execute promotional activities with selected partners.
  • Grow and signup consumers for the 1Voucher through targeted outreach.
  • Provide feedback and reporting to support operational improvements and strategic decision-making.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Matric
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in the informal market and retail partners.
  • Valid driver’s licence

    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL SKILLS:


  • Demonstration of basic sales skills including understanding how to talk to customers, explain product/ device benefits and encourage signups.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with clients through regular visits and follow-ups
  • Comfortable using smartphones, apps and digital tools/ devices (including MS Tools such as PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Understanding of basic record keeping principles
  • Speaks clearly and confidently and can present well in a formal setting or to senior management
  • Demonstrates the ability to take responsibility for meeting daily tasks and performance targets (KPIs) with minimal supervision.
