As the Manager: Design, you’ll work alongside our Executive Creative Director to bring our bold creative vision to life. You’ll own and evolve our visual identity and design systems, help set the standard for future-fit design, and lead a high-performance team that crafts outstanding, human-centred work.

- Stay ahead of design trends and guide the team in experimenting, learning and staying future fit
- 10+ years in brand, graphic, or visual design, with at least 8 years in a leadership role
- A portfolio that reflects strong conceptual thinking and refined craft across brand and digital
- Proven experience leading, mentoring and developing design teams
- Motion graphics and animation experience
- Deep understanding of design systems, brand building and creative operations
- Fluency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and a love for innovation
- Leadership qualities that energise teams and elevate the work
- Clear criminal and credit record
- Willing to be contacted via own cell phone due to inherent requirement of the job to be mobile
