Wholesale Support Executive
Brsk
Date: 23 hours ago
City: Johannesburg, Gauteng
Contract type: Contractor

This role is working under our sister brand Netomnia
About Netomnia
Here at Netomnia, we are dedicated to bringing forgotten parts of the UK into the digital revolution and building your fibre future.
We do this through investing in and building new full-fibre networks right across the UK; future-proofing homes and businesses with reliable, high-quality, high-speed internet connections.
About The Team
Our Wholesale Support Team is at the heart of customer experience—supporting Netomnia’s Internet Service Providers, residents, and businesses throughout the build, install, and maintenance journey. We're the go-to for updates, answers, and action across multiple platforms—making sure everyone stays informed and supported at every step.
Netomnia is growing fast, and so are we. That means staying agile, collaborating with teams across the business, and keeping our communication sharp, timely, and proactive.
The Role
We’re looking for a customer-first, solutions-focused Wholesale Support Executive to help us deliver top-tier service. You'll manage inbound and outbound queries, working closely with internal teams to keep things running smoothly.
You'll be the voice of our customers—resolving issues quickly, clearly, and confidently. We want someone who takes ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and always puts the customer experience first.
What You’ll Do
This is primarily a work-from-home role, so you'll need your own reliable laptop, a strong fibre internet connection, a noise-cancelling headset, and a quiet workspace with backup power. To support you, we offer a monthly work-from-home and connectivity allowance.
Although remote, team collaboration is important. You’ll need to attend occasional in-person team meetings and training sessions—so ideally, you should be based in or around Johannesburg or Cape Town.
This is a 3-month contract role with the possibility of becoming permanent based on performance.
