Compensation: $1,700 - 1,900/month (USD)

We’re seeking a People Operations Associate to play a key role in supporting the day-to-day functions of our People (HR) team—helping us drive a positive employee experience and a culture rooted in engagement, inclusion, and operational excellence. From onboarding to internal comms, you’ll have your hands in many important people initiatives while ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Coordinate onboarding logistics: equipment, documentation, and welcome materials
  • Facilitate orientation sessions and support smooth new hire transitions
  • Handle employee exits, including paperwork and offboarding interviews

HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems
  • Draft and manage employment documents such as contracts and offer letters

Payroll & Benefits Support

  • Support payroll processing and employee benefit inquiries
  • Act as point-of-contact for general people-related questions

Process Improvement

  • Identify and implement process optimizations to reduce manual work
  • Manage the People Operations tech stack to enhance efficiency

Tools Maintenance

  • Track and manage company tools, software renewals, and employee access
  • Maintain up-to-date process documentation in Notion and Google Drive

Recruiting Coordination

  • Create and manage job postings
  • Schedule interviews and facilitate debrief sessions
  • Support background check process

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Support surveys and employee feedback initiatives
  • Assist with performance review cycles and other engagement programs

Compliance & Policy

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and care

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-3 years of People Operations or HR coordination experience
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and collaboration tools (e.g., Notion, Lever, Google Suite)
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks, stakeholders, and priorities
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus
