HRIS Implementation Specialist

We're looking for a Systems Implementation Specialist to lead client rollouts of our HR Manage software. This is a remote role, but you’ll need to travel to client sites for workshops, go-lives and support when needed.

Role Description

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects of HR Manage
• Work directly with HR teams to gather requirements and configure workflows
• Manage data imports, validations and training delivery
• Develop and deliver custom reports (Excel/SQL/Power BI)
• Provide remote and on-site client support and training
• Liaise with internal technical teams to resolve complex requirements

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and Software Implementation expertise
• Strong project management skills
• Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, PivotTables, etc.)
• Experience working with data and business processes
• Understanding of HR processes and compliance (a big plus)
• Confident, professional communicator (comfortable leading client sessions)
• Willingness and ability to travel as required
• Own reliable vehicle and valid drivers license

Job Type: Full-time - Remote

Pay: R17 000,00 - R40 000,00 per month
