Duties & Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls from customers and provide exceptional service
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance targets
Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
Desired Experience & Qualification:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
Fluency in English
Previous experience in a customer service role will be an advantage.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
