Job Description
Job Purpose- To deliver sales activities in order to process parts transactions accurately and timeously as per agreed standard operating procedures in order to maximise profit.
- This role ensures timely processing of customer requests in alignment with established standard operating procedures, contributing to customer satisfaction and the achievement of sales targets.

GENERIC JOB OUTPUTS
PROCESS
- Adhere to current legal compliance, e.g. FICA regulation, POPI Act and Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and others.
- Deliver on agreed performance targets according to set procedures and service level agreements.
- Drive own performance and provide specialist sales support and advice in accordance with required response time, quality, service delivery standards and targets.
- Ensure business retention through the application of various sales techniques such as product comparisons and changing perceptions.
- Execute work in line with governance and compliance processes.
- Identify and apply known solutions to operational challenges and escalate unresolved issues.
- Record and report on work activities to provide timely and accurate information for decision making in area of accountability.
FINANCE
- Execute work activities effectively and efficiently in order to maximise efficiencies and reduce unnecessary delays in achieving goals of the office.
- Identify risks that will have an impact on financial sustainability.
CLIENT
- Deliver services and/or products that create a culture which aims to meet or exceed customers' expectations in the business.
- Deliver work activities effectively to satisfy customers.
- Inform customers on products to ensure retention of existing customers; increase sales revenue and increase the organisation's customer base.
PEOPLE
- Attend learning initiatives to improve work quality and enhance own skills.
- Own and live up to company values.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Experience
- 1- 2 year experience in a similar environment
Minimum Qualification
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Any relevant tertiary qualification
Skills and Personal Attributes
Minimum Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to operate a computer including operating systems, MS Office, Internet, email and the application of peripherals such a printer and scanner.
