MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To provide operational and project coordination, content development, and subject matter support across the Group’s talent disciplines, helping ensure the effectiveness, continuous improvement and usability of tools, frameworks, systems, and reporting mechanisms that underpin divisional talent execution.
Working closely with the Group GM: Talent Management, this role helps support the day-to-day enablement of Talent Acquisition & Retention, Employee Experience & Culture, Performance Management, Succession Management, L&D, Job & Competency Management, and DEI, with a strong focus on delivery quality, consistency, and stakeholder responsiveness.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business or a related field
Required Experience
ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
5–8 years’ relevant experience in HR, talent management or organisational development with hands-on project support experience.
Relevant experience with HRIS systems and digital platforms.
Desired Experience
Experience working with talent analytics or reporting tools

- Talent Analytics and Reporting
- Optimisation of Digital Talent Solutions
- Group Talent program logistics and vendor coordination
- COE engagement support
- Version control of Frameworks and Standards
- Support Talent projects and deliverables
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION
