Job Advert Summary

The Growth and Process Analyst plays a critical role in driving strategic initiatives through data-drive, analysis, cross-functional collaboration and internal and external stakeholder communication and reporting. This role is responsible for identifying and analysing business opportunities, improving internal processes, and supporting external stakeholder engagements through high-quality reporting and proposals. The successful candidate will combine technical knowledge, analytical capabilities, and strong communication skills to deliver insights and recommend and drive the implementation of innovative solutions and new business opportunities. The role will focus on maintaining new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and cost efficiencies.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
  • 4 - 5 years’ work experience with demonstratable proficiency in:
  • Data analysis, reporting, and business process optimisation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and analytical approach.
  • Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Python, Power BI and SQL (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Demonstrated ability to clean, interpret, and analyse and provide insights from complex data sets.
  • Attention to detail in all aspects of work including documentation and analysis.
  • Experience working cross-functionally, with the ability to understand operational processes, source and analyze information, communicate findings effectively, identify and recommend process optimizations and efficiencies, and drive consensus among stakeholders
  • Understanding of business operations and process improvement methodologies.

Duties and Responsibilities

To be successful in this role, the Industrial Engineer will be expected to:

  • Prepare and deliver compelling external stakeholder reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Vet external proposals and new development initiatives for feasibility and strategic alignment.
  • Source, clean, compile, and analyse data to generate actionable business insights.
  • Perform industry trend analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities based on data trends and market shifts.
  • Collaborate with internal operational teams to understand challenges and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyse internal business processes to detect inefficiencies and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Be able to perform financial analysis and insights into practical business solutions and improvement plans.
