Restaurant General Manager - Fourways

General Restaurant Manager position available with upmarket Italian Café / Restaurant in Fourways. Looking for candidates with 8+ years Restaurant management experience, of which 5 or more years must be as senior manager or GM. Must have strong operations management skills with the ability to manage a complete Restaurant operation. Applicants must be well spoken and fluent in English. Will consider individuals with a loyal working history and good references. Must be skilled in cash up reconciliation, stock management, opening & closing procedures. Candidates with good a good understanding of Restaurant administration and financials will be preferred. Must be energetic, passionate, and driven to succeed. Looking for someone who can work under pressure and who can lead a team. Must have strong customer relations, staff management and training skills. Salary R 24 – 28 K gross.
